Low Key Day

So today was pretty low key. I didn't do too much. I went over to my sister's and worked out with her. I ended up taking a nap today, because I've been waking up at around 6 am. It sucks. I think I might take a sleep aid today to at least allow me to sleep in a little. Other than that it was a normal day.

I did weight in though!! And I've lost two pounds!! Super happy about that. I did all my other measurements too and for the most part they all went down. My calves went up but that's because they are pure muscle surprisingly. My upper arm didn't change either this time but I carry most of my weight in my middle not my arms and legs really.


The one I was most excited to see go down was my hips by a whole inch. I though that was pretty great but at the same time I worry that I'm losing my butt and I won't look as good after all the weight is gone. Oh well that's not something I can control. My body will lose the fat where it wants to.

My waist to hip ratio went up and I'm not sure if that's a good thing or not. I'll have to research it and find out later. Pretty happy about the results so far. I need to take a full body picture of me currently before I lose too much more weight. There aren't any of me recently.

Well I'm headed off for the night.
