Lots of Stress

So it's been a while since I've posted and that's because we have been under a lot of stress here. While Husband was out Ubering he got ran off the road and had to drive up onto a curb to avoid being hit by some random guy who thought he was more important that the safety of others. Due to that the car is messed up. Uber's insurance is covering it, but we have to come up with the $1000 deductible.

Surprisingly I don't happen to have an extra $1k lying around. We have started a GoFundMe. Due to the car being down we don't have a way to make any extra money and we have bills coming up. Not only that we can't afford to get the my meds for my PTSD, depression, and suicidal thoughts. We have had to ask family members to buy our food and food for our cats.

It's to the point I am having to give up my two male guinea pigs because we simply cannot take care of them properly. Our rent is being raised as well by $100 which sucks because we are going to have a hard enough time as is. Our cell phones are being turned off since we can't pay that bill. Our electric bill is coming up and they will shut us off because we can't pay them either.

Lady (our puppy) is doing great though. Luckily we got her and all her stuff before this happened and hopefully have enough for a while. Husband has been in pain after the accident too so we think he cracked a few ribs.

Due to all this stress my weight loss has kind of taken a back seat for me. I'm not eating properly when I do eat. I'm not eating enough I know that too. I also know I'm not getting the exercise I should be. It's just too hard to do a workout when my having issues with my PTSD. Even as I'm typing this I hit something and suddenly screen is now a half inch to the left!

I gained some weight back but not much. I'm only back up to 253. It's depressing, but I've come to far to really give up. The best I can do with my depression is try to make sure I'm getting my steps in and not eating bad things when I do eat. Well that's all for now. I'll post again tonight with my current stats and stuff.

So tired

Today was pretty slow. I've not been sleeping that well lately and so I've just been exhausted all day for the last few days. I need to get hold of my doctor and find out what is going on with my sleep apnea stuff. I think that's how it's spelled. I haven't been diagnosed yet, but Husband says he's certain I have it.

I already had one device, but something was wrong or concerning about numbers they got so they are supposed to be sending me a second thing for me to wear for a few days, but I've not heard anything for a while about it. That will have to be on my to-do list for tomorrow. There is another doctors appointment that I need to set up for myself as well.

I am making quite good progress on the books I am reading and Lady (our puppy) is doing really well with her training. We haven't had any accidents in the house since the first day! She's such a smart puppy. Well that's all for today.

Some Changes

So I haven't been posting lately because I've not been feeling the greatest. I'm starting to feel better now though. There have been some changes here at the Reader house. We got ourselves a dog!! She's so cute! We adopted her on the 30th of August. She's a little Chihuahua/Terrier mix. She is still adjusting to things around here, but is getting better already.

I also lost weight this week! I'm down to 252.2! That puts me down 18 pounds! I am feeling better too. It's been really hard staying away from sweets, but I'm doing my best and still losing weight so that's great! I think having the dog is going to help since I will be out walking her a lot.

Well that's all for now!

Day 1

So day one wasn't too bad. I was eating dinner at 6 PM when it was time for me to stop eating, but I ate what I wanted of my dinner and ...
